Mr.A.R.Santhanakrishnan (A.R.S.), is a Science Graduate and holds a Hons. Degree In Ceramics From U.K. While in the U.K. for Studies, ARS visited many Leading Industrial Establishments of UK, Europe and Japan.
After his return from the U.K., he assumed office as the Joint Managing Director of M/s.Sri Krishna Tiles & Potteries (Madras) Private Limited (SKTP), a family owned company, engaged in the Manufacture of Ceramic Tiles & Terracotta Products to gain experience in the running and managing the Industrial Establishments.
ARS possesses about 4 decades of Industrial Experience and has been the Founder Promoter of the following companies.
1. S & S Power Switchgear Limited (1977 – September 1990) [S & SPSL]
2. S & S Industries and Enterprises Limited (October 1990 Onwards) [SSIEL]
3. S & S Electric Limited (1980 – 1987)
4. Karthikeya Paper Boards Limited (1995 Onwards A Co-Founder) [KPBL]
Under the able and Dynamic Leadership of A.R.S. as Managing Director of S & SPSL, a
number of products were launched by him for the first time in India with appropriate
technical collaborations concluded with the world leaders. These Include – (A) Isolators,
(B) Vacuum Switchgears, (C) SF6 Switchgears, and (D) Miniature Circuit Breakers
After relinquishing S & SPSL as Managing Director in October 1990, A.R.S. started
promoting SSIEL to implement various projects in Exports, environmental engineering and
agro based commodities.
A.R.S. was also actively involved as a co-promoter in the setting up of a new project in the
year 1995 for the manufacture of kraft paper and boards under the name and style of KPBL
in Coimbatore.
Since the year 2006-2007, A.R.S. has been actively involved in the affairs of his family
business which is with Investments, Real Estate, Agriculture made significant contributions
in the overall growth of the business.
A.R.S. has also been associated with Penn Nalam – a Unit of Sri Dhanvantri trust a nonprofit organization with a goal set to increase and spread awareness about breast and
cervical cancers, which are the two most common cancers affecting women in India.
Sri Dhanvantri Trust is in the process of establishing a 55 Bed Hospital for Cancer Care in
Anna Nagar.
A.R.S. as part of imparting promotion of cultural activities in the field of art has also been
associated with Rasika Ranjani Sabha (RR Sabha) as its president. He has made
worthwhile contribution including financial support in the construction of new building for
the Sabha and also for the Sabha to scale new heights.
A.R.S. is also currently associated with some leading industrial establishments.

Mrs. Radhika Santhanakrishnan a post graduate in marketing with specialization in Industrial marketing.
She is now a full time philanthropist who dedicated her life for a larger cause. She was diagnosed of cancer in the year 2008-2009 and now a Conqueror!
She started Penn Nalam, A Unit of Sri Dhanvantri Trust with the support & guidance of her doctor Dr.Selvi Radhakrishna and has made significant progress in increasing awareness and treatment of Breast, Cervix & Oral cancer in the community.
Penn Nalam is a non-profit organization with a goal to increase and spread awareness about breast and cervical cancers, which are the two most common cancers affecting women in India. The prime objective is to work for prevention and early detection of Cancer in Women and offer affordable treatment.
Mrs.Radhika Santhanakrishnan found that there was very poor awareness about breast and cervical cancer among the common public. The cost of breast cancer treatment is prohibitive in this country, where the majority do not have access to free health care or have medical
insurance. The psychosocial support that is required during the treatment period and
afterwards is poor. In order to alleviate the suffering of those diagnosed with cancer, Penn
Nalam offers cost effective treatment.
After commendable achievement in women cancer care, she had been having a bigger vision on
cancers which occur due to tobacco use. Since oral cancers are high in incidence like breast
cancers, she started a separate unit called “Aan Nalam” with prime focus on treating cancers
and diseases of mouth for men and women, awareness on oral cancer and to reduce usage of
tobacco among the public. The unit now functions as “Penn Nalam and Aan Nalam” with prime
focus on comprehensively treating cancers of breast , oral and cervix with a dedicated team.

Mr. Ajith S. Ranganathan hails from a long and illustrious lineage of jurists, advocates, industrialists, and agriculturists. He is an alumnus of the National University of Singapore.
Professional Experience:.
Mr. Ranganathan, has clerked for Justice (Retd.) SJ Mukhopadhyay, then a Judge of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, Former Chairman, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT). He then worked as a former Associate of Mr. Somyaji, former Advocate General of Tamil Nadu, and Mr. Gopal Subramanium, renowned Senior Advocate and former Solicitor General of the Government of India.
Mr. Ranganathan brings to the group extensive experience in strategic advisory, policy advisory, legal and financial consulting, litigation management, transaction and stressed asset advisory, and crisis handling.
Agriculture and Business: With a family background in agriculture and industry passed down to him by his forefathers, Mr. Ranganathan is actively involved in agricultural & horticulture work. This deep-rooted connection to agriculture enriches his understanding of natural resources and sustainable practices.
Leveraging his diverse background and experience, Mr. Ranganathan is set to be a driving force in the new business venture focused on natural extract manufacturing. This venture aims to supply products to the Nutraceuticals, Cosmeceuticals, food & beverages & pharmaceuticals industries.
Vision: With a robust background in law and commercial affairs and extensively networked in diverse sectors across South East Asia, Mr. Ranganathan is poised to lead the company into a new era of innovation and growth.
